In the British .it is normal for four members in one family, there are extend family and nuclear family, factually,the later is the typical family, children will go away their parents after 18 years old, nevertheless, if it is necessary to look after their parents, children will stay with them. usually ,you will see more than one pets in any family, they see them just as their children. In the weekend, they will take part in BBQ or have a meal with relatives. almost party is home centred, as to the housework , it will more balanced less segregated, for instance, wife will cook after finish working , the task of washing dishes will be done by husband, neither like cook the meal and then wash the dishes and look after the children by the wife.

However ,there are typical family for two children in china. i fact china's children are almost protected by parents, for example, the choice of school, the major in the universe, the friends you make,and the future job ,these are decided by our parents. in the weekend ,many families will spend the leisure time on cleaning house and company with their husband and children . In the housework aspect, wife is always busy in the family ,not only do the housework but also look after children after working outside.


As we are ushered into 21c ,the status between man and women are seem equality .especially for the foreigner countries. there is no longer saying that some jobs are only employed by man. women can do any job what man do , in another side, husband will initially help women wash the dishes or take care of children , they can understand the women work outside and then cook for them .they can take some housework to reduce their task .

In contrast to china. women and men are equality in the occupation .but there is also a traditional opinion about women should cook and take care of children ,they think it is women's task and responsibility. man is the main breedwinning in the family, they should relax after going back home.the thought is quite deep especially in the remote country. but in the developed cities,the opinion is not so serious. all in all .the extent of fair can not compare with the foreigner's countries

Family Size

For the recent more than ten years has been witnessed the changes in the British society.The tendency in the size of families in the British goes nuclear families. Many ageing people stay in the nurse caring, while the adults with under 18 years old children live together ,given over 18 years old ,they will stay in the apartment separately. Which is also the parents desire.

As far as i am concerned, it is a natural cycle really for them to look after us when we a unable to as a youngster and for us to do the same when they are elderly.

However ,in the contemporary ,the phenomenon of pork family are become prominently. they are couples without children .with a free , relaxed ,no responsibility living lifestyle. which lead to the low birth rate, and following with the side effect, for instance, the elder account for the large proportion , moreover,they are the labour for the market instead of the younger ,besides it will bring the huge burden on the government.(pensions,housing,medical care,leisure facilities and so on.

Privacy is the sensitive topic for the family.children have as much right to privacy as they grown-ups, they should not have parents intruding on their own thoughts, so most British people seem to think that the privacy is the most important, even within a family, the only reason it would be ok is if you are really worried that something bad is happening to you ,maybe parent think you are bullied in the school, surely ,in exceptional circumstances it might be justified.

Almost each family has their own pets. They treate their pets very well as well as treat their children .It is no wandering for this phenomenon,if you buy them you must take responsiable for the pets rather than puting them aside.
